Graphic conception
Marquage Moderne works with the elements you give us; texts, images, photos, schemes…
The conception softwares we have are Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design CS4, Autocad 2000, Type3 of Vision Numeric...
Products are realized on computer before production. We work from your model or we are able to realize one if you don’t have it.
Marquage Moderne disposes of a graph data bank and of standard conceptions realized all along its activity.
We are able to present you a graphic scale model for the product you want in order to verify conformity with what you are expecting.
Screen printing
Screen printing consists in silk screens used as a stencil and placed between the ink and a stand.
Stands are diverse: aluminium, stainless steel, plexiglas, PVC, vinyl…
Inks are UV or traditional according to the stand and to the life expectancy.
Lots of colors are available: there is a screen for each color in order to obtain a four color process by the accumulation on white color (cyan, magenta, yellow and black).
Numerical printing
Marquage Moderne dispose of two technologies : the UV printer and the ecological solvent printer.
UV printer :
The high quality UV printer that produces photographical images delivers bright and long lasting colors. This equipment realizes sign plates and products for communication, flexible or rigid, for close or far away sights. Thanks to this printer, products needing very precise details are feasible. The tall printing is of 1.25m by 2.50m, the maximum thickness being 48mm. The marking is prepared on a computer : it consists in placing the stand on the machinery and in adjusting colors in order to start the four colors process.
Ecological solvent printer:
The printer composed of a cutter is essentially used for the realization of stickers needing cutting just after the printing process. This technology is overall used for cutting of vinyl letters.
Laser engraving
Laser engraving allows to realize permanent marking in the material, thanks to a concentrated ray.
The result of laser engraving depends on the material. It is necessary to realize tests before the production in order to define the optimal quality.
Laser engraving is very precise and allows to realize alphanumerical markings, bar codes and also complex graphics.
This technique is adapted to the production of ID plates made of anodized aluminium or made of stainless steel including variable data, or to realize the ornament or the customization of products for communication.
Mechanical engraving
Mechanical engraving is realised from a graphical conception transmitted to the engraving machinery.
This technique is used on soft and colored materials such as gravoply, or on strongest materials such as aluminium or brass.
According to the product environment and its life expectancy, several materials are available.
We can engrave texts, schemes, pictograms or logotypes. The products realized with mechanical engraving can resist to heat, UV, solvents, alcohols…
Cutting
Marquage Moderne disposes of several means of cutting used to determinate the tall of the product.
The technique of cutting is chosen according to thematerial, the marking technique, the precision and the quantity produced.
The characteristics of the different means are :
• 1 CN Machine for cutting and machining Mecanuméric 3015PRO with a working surface of 3050 x 1520 mm. It has two means of cutting: an Omlat brooch of 6 KW for cutting plastic, aluminium and brass up to 50 mm, and a knife to cut thin and flexible materials as cardboard or vinyl. This machine has a video camera allowing to spot the marking on the material and to realize a specific cutting with high precision. The CN machine is able to work in 2D or 3D: its software is Type 3 of Vision Numeric, it has all tools for composition and for productivity management.
• 3 cutting machines Gravograph with a working surface of 1230 x 610 mm. They have high frequency brooches allowing to cut aluminium, brass and plastic up to 5 mm thick.
• 1 pair of shears to cut metal up to 2 m high as stainless steel, aluminium or brass up to 5 mm thick.
• 1 guillotine cutting with an opening of 60 cm uses to cut flexible materials as vinyl, polycarbonate ore paper.
• 1 laser CO2 power 50 watts with a working surface of 600 x 400 mm used to cut plexiglas or flexible materials up to 5 mm thick.
Complementary operations
Thermoforming :
Thermoforming consists in taking a material in the form of plastic plate and heating it to shape it in a mold. The material becomes hard when it cools, keeping the shape.
Folding:
Folding consists in deforming material according to a straight fold. The machine used has a V matrix and a punch.
Machining :
Machining consists in taking the material off in order to shape the product.
Embossing :
Embossing is a manufacturing technique allowing to transform a thin and flat sheet in an object impossible to develop. The principle is based on deforming metal to obtain the wanted shape.
Finishing operations are realized like piercing, sandpapering, polishing, lustring, brushing, packaging and sorting.
