According to the characteristics of the product you want, operations of drilling, sandpapering, machining, varnishing, folding, metal shaving and adhesive putting are realised.•Folding distort the material according a rectilinear fold. For metallic materials, machines used (press brake) are equipped with a V matrix and a punch. For plastic, the material is heated and folded according to a pre-defined angle.
•Thermoforming gives to the plastic material a shape. A plastic plate is heat in order to softer and to shape it thanks to a mould. The material becomes rigid when it cools, keeping in this way the wanted shape.
